Stafford Traffic Exchange has so many features, in one forum I saw consistent proof of payment since July so I decided to try it out.
But I must be honest--the site is simple in terms of design and script but if you check the benefits, Im sure you will also like the site.

Like in any site you get more if you upgrade-but the question is -- Is it really worth it?
Yes - as a free member I have been paid 3 times now and since Im online at least 8 hours--I can turn that into extra cash by using the autosurf function.
How to maximize your earning?
Autosurf then convert to cash
10,000 autosurf gives you 20 cent
125,000 autosurf gives you $6
If you want to earn more-get bigger rates for manual surfing-but of course you cant leave it because theres a code to click.
Upgrade for $5 get $2 back to your account as an Executive member and earn 2x surfing credits plus free autosurf and manual surf -actual cost is only $3.
Upgrade for $9.95 get $5 back as Professional member-but you earn 3times surfing credit and more free auto and manual surf credits and you also get random downline-which you can sell back to the system and earn your cash back (actual cost is $4.99).
The Cashback feature is a good reason to upgrade monthly.
So whats the bad side?
*Most members use autosurf so they dont see much your sites - but if you want to get your message accross use/allocate manual credits to your sites.
*The $2 or $5 you get back from upgrading will not be transferred to your balance-you can only use it to convert to credits or save it for next upgrade-which is why most upgraded members will continue upgrading because they will just add $3 or $5 for the succeeding months to come.
*They charge you administrative fees for selling/converting your credits back and when you fund your account-but in fairness I think they need to do that to be sustainable and cover overhead expenses.
A personal friend of mine upgraded last month and he definitely will continue upgrading in the coming months.
To illustrate:
Autosurf timer=15seconds or 4 credits per minute or roughly 240 autosurf per hour
60 sec(1min) / 15 sec autosurf = 4 autosurf credits/min
4 autosurf X 60 mins (or 1 hour) = 240 autosurf credits / hour
Since Im online at least 8 hours a day I earn 240 autosurf X 8 hours = 1,920 as free member, multiplied by 2 for executive member or multiplied by 3 for professional members.

I also noticed that they do everything manually which means all orders and payments will reflect after a few hours. And obviously like in most programs -upgraded members are priority when it comes to payment processing.
I just upgraded today after realizing all the benefits and since I got my 3rd payment as free member -I trust the admin enough and willing to take the risk. I promise to inform you how it goes after a week or two.
